Nick Koumarianos

Chairman

Nick has many years of senior management experience. Initially, Managing Director of his own company, he merged the business with Cable & Wireless Plc, the UK headquartered communications multinational and was appointed MD for Ireland and Portugal.

During his 12 years with C&W, he became a Director of C&W Europe and sat on the Board of each of C&W’s European subsidiaries as well as undertaking assignments in Hong Kong, Australia etc.

Following this, he was promoted to MD of C&W Caribbean and Atlantic Islands (based in Grand Cayman) which was the second largest division of C&W, a Financial Times top 100 company. Nick has been on the board of Saadian Technologies since 2007 and was appointed chairman in 2008.

Cliodhna McGuirk

CEO

Cliodhna founded Saadian Technologies in 2000 and acted as Saadian CTO until 2007. Cliodhna previously spent a number of years working in Internet developer Nua and Allied Irish Bank. She holds a degree in Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin. Cliodhna was appointed CEO in 2007 and is responsible for Saadian’s direction and overall strategy, and for the company’s senior client relationships.

Arwaa York

Vice President

Arwaa York joined Saadian as Vice President in 2017.  Arwaa is a crime and justice sector professional, with over 25 years of experience working with justice agencies, law enforcement, offender management, and victims and witnesses of crime.  Arwaa was CIO in the Home Office (Office for Criminal Justice Reform) and IT Director at the Ministry of Justice.  Arwaa holds a degree in Economics from Manchester University.

Jennie Jablonski

Business Development Manager (PINS)

Jennie joined the Saadian team in 2012 and brings a wealth of business development expertise to this fast growing area of the company. She has been selling specialist IT solutions for over 25 years’ to public sector organisations and maintains a professional customer-centric approach at all times. Jennie is one of the team dedicated to looking after our PINS customers in the UK.

Donna Evans

Business Intelligence Advisor (PINS)

Donna joined Saadian in 2015, following a 35 year career in Policing and the Prison Service. Donna was the Detective Chief Inspector Police Advisor to HMPPS for corruption between 2010 and 2013 and prior to this was instrumental in creating the West Midlands Regional Prison Intelligence Unit.   Donna was the Staff Officer to the ACPO lead for Prison Intelligence for 5 years. Donna holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham. As well as advising on Business Intelligence, Donna delivers the training programme for PINS.

Paul Delaney

Head of Finance

Prior to joining Saadian in December 2016, Paul Delaney had over twenty years’ experience working as Head of Finance for SME’s in Healthcare, Events and Construction related sectors. Paul is a qualified Accountant (ACCA), Chartered Tax Advisor (Irish Taxation Institute) and holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Economics degrees from University College Dublin.

Eric Crean

Head of Development

Eric Crean is Saadian’s Head of Development. He is the author of the Prisoner Information Notification System in the US and UK. More broadly, Eric has over 17 years experience in business analysis and software solutions. Eric holds a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin.

Ed Wall

Head of Technical Operations

Ed has joined Saadian with 20 years of experience in IT operations, application support, software development and infrastructure management. He has previously worked in analytics, retail, critical integration and financial payments sectors with a strong focus on problem management, talent development and customer experience. Ed is responsible for managing the deployment pipeline for Saadian, support for their products and delivering enhancements to their service.
